I had once ubuntu and windows OS on my laptop so i decided to remove the ubuntu and restarted the pc, i had problem with restarting because Grub from linux keep loading and failing so i was not able to access my windows, after some resarch the solution was simple if you have start up cd for windows.

 Here are the steps:

1- Put your windows start up cd and restart the computer.

2- After the cd loads up click on Repair your computer.

3- Click visit OS.

4- Click on system recovery.

5- Go to command prompt.

6- type : 

Bootrec.exe/FixMbr

Then hopefully your problem will be gone.
